Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) reported net profits of EGP 297.6 million in 2020, up by 11.4% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 265.35 million, including minority shareholders’ rights.

The profits attributable to minority interests increased to EGP 10.72 million last year, compared to EGP 7.95 million in 2019, the group said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

Revenues grew to EGP 1.98 billion in 2020 from EGP 1.79 billion a year earlier.

As for standalone business, the group logged EGP 218.67 million in net profits last year, compared to EGP 197.7 million in 2019.

Moreover, the shareholders will vote on the board’s decision concerning not distributing cash dividends for 2020 on 15 April.

During the first nine months of 2020, CHG posted net profits of EGP 182 million, up from EGP 169.9 million in the same period in 2019, including minority shareholders’ rights.
